Soft Paillot de Chevre, semi-firm Drunken Goat and a firm goat milk gouda, Midnight Moon. Accompanying the three cheeses is mild Soppressata, Saucisson Sec locally made sausage, Olives, Nuts, Snowdonia Pear, Date and Cognac Chutney and 34 Degree Crackers. Included is a recyclable tray and knife, napkins and a mini spoon. Serve on the tray or arrange it on your own charcuterie board or dish.
