Made with natural must cooked from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes and vinegar, with a joint ageing in oak and chestnut barrels. The balsamic has a density of 1.10 g/l. A dark brown vinegar with a persistent aroma and bittersweet taste, with an elegant balance between a defined acidity with defined touches of sweetness. This Modena classic is ideal for salads, steamed vegetables and meats.
