Niagara Food Specialties’ Sliced Prosciutto is made with hormone and antibiotic free pork. It is cured only with sea salt and time. Each ham is air-dried for a minimum of 18 months. Prosciutto can be the center item of a dish, accompanied with fresh fruit, melon, or pear. Fresh mozzarella is also a nice pairing.
